WHAT IS POWDER COATING?
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. Our custom powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and is then cured in an oven to allow it to flow and form a “skin”. The coating creates a hard finish that is tougher and longer lasting than conventional paint.

We understand that in today’s world of quick turnaround times and tight profit margins you need a reliable business partner and we are here to provide just that with efficient turnaround times and competitive pricing. We don’t differentiate between a prototype product or a large production run – we will make your project a priority!
Even though powder coating offers a superior finish that can extend the life of your part, not all powder coated finishes are created equal. Preparation before the powder coating process is the key to our proven success. We achieve outstanding powder coat durability for all our customers by using the latest technology for surface preparation available to ensure the best powder adhesion and long term performance of the final product. We have a very specific process and quality control standards for every part to ensure the proper powder adhesion.
Many of your jobs will require a quality powder coated finish and will make reference to many different specifications. We can meet or exceed any specifications your job may require.
After the powder coating process, every part goes through rigorous quality control standards. We ensure that the powder thickness is within your specifications and we perform cure testing and temperature monitoring – all of which are vital to achieve a lasting finish.
